"Phosphorescent came out of his return race in good order. Dale would love to run him back before the Fair Grounds meet ends, but the only 'a other than' allowance on the turf is on March 22nd. Dale thinks that is likely too quick back, but we're playing it by ear. He'd love to see an extra race in the last couple days of the meet. We prefer the Fair Grounds because Phosphorescent would not be penalized purse wise as a Maryland-bred in Louisiana. However, we will likely end up running at Keeneland."
