Phosphorescent worked four furlongs in 49:40 at Penn National yesterday over the main track. The work was 8th of 15 at the distance. Victor Molina came from Philadelphia Park to breeze him. Phosphorescent went very well according to Lupe. He has shown absolutely no signs of abdominal discomfort since returning back to Lupe's barn. He shipped back to Philadelphia Park this morning, and settled in well. We are all systems go for the $250,000 Turf Monster Handicap on Labor Day, September 6th at Philadelphia Park.
